At Janousek & Stämpfli Racing Boats we understand the challenges faced by virtually every club in the UK to acquire new boats.

In order to provide our customers with as much help as possible we have developed a range of possible options that may assist clubs, businesses and individuals in their decision-making.

Part Exchange

We are very willing to part exchange your Janousek or Stämpfli racing boat for a new Janousek or Stämpfli racing boat.

We maintain an ongoing track of the market value of all of our boats in the UK and are able to provide our customers with an approximate part-exchange value on request. The final part-exchange value will depend on the condition of each boat and can only be determined after we have inspected the boat.

Extended Purchase

For those clubs or individuals that would prefer to arrange a short-term (up to two years) payment programme, we are able to offer an Extended Purchase Plan that requires a minimum of 50% of the price of the boat (including VAT) as an initial payment. The balance is then repayable in equal monthly payments over the remainder of the period. Annual interest of 7% (currently) is applied to the outstanding balance. Example of an Extended Purchase Plan

1. Purchase of a new Stampfli ST1 Lightweight Single with Carbon Wing inc VAT — £6,495.00
2. 50% initial payment on delivery of boat — £3,247.50
3. 50% payable over 24 months
4. Amount payable per month — £145.40
5. Title to the boat transfers at the end of period.

Personal Finance Purchase

Personal Finance Purchase is a finance product for private individuals that are looking to help spread the cost of their boat. This agreement allows the individual to acquire ownership when all payments have been made. Personal finance purchase benefits include:

• Low initial payments
• Fixed rate finance
• Spread the cost of your purchase over two to five years
• Ownership of Boat(s) or Optional Guaranteed Buy Back of boat by us

Business Finance Purchase

Business Finance Purchase is a finance product for both non-VAT and VAT Registered Companies/Clubs/Sponsors. These agreements allow for the company/club/sponsor to acquire ownership when all payments have been made.

Business Finance purchase benefits include:

• Low initial payments (normally VAT deposit and first payment)
• Improved cash flow
• Capital allowances available
• Ownership of Boat(s) or Optional Guaranteed Buy Back of boat by us

Contract Hire

Contract Hire is suitable for VAT Registered Businesses/Clubs/Sponsors who want to handle the administration of their boats but not own the asset. Contract Hire is suitable for VAT registered Businesses/Clubs/Sponsors who are looking to change/upgrade their fleet on a regular basis (i.e. every 3 or 5 years) This VAT beneficial option of hire allows the hirer to ensure that they have an up to date fleet at all times for a low monthly cost.

Contract Hire benefits include:

• Low initial payments
• VAT recoverable on rentals
• 100% allowable against tax in most cases
• Ownership of the boat remains with us
• Boat is returned to us at end of period
